Denro Power Services was founded in 1985 by Denver Rogers.

Initially as a Rolls Royce engine specialist and operating from the back of a fully kitted out mechanics van, then later sealing a Perkins, Shropshire and Mid Wales Dealership in 1990 and then building a new purpose built premises on Battlefield Enterprise Park, Shrewsbury in 1993, to operate from, employing qualified staff and offering an engine and cylinder head reconditioning service from a fully kitted out, state of art machine workshop, as well as offering affordable spare engine parts solutions for Perkins and Rolls Royce engines.
