AIRFORCE 2000 ISO VG 150
ROTARY VANE COMPRESSOR OIL
Description
Specially formulated ‘2000 hour’ fluid developed to meet the requirements of hydrovane compressors and other similar vane compressors, ensuring long, trouble-free compressor life, wherever a fluid of this viscosity is recommended by the manufacturer.
Features:
-
Exceptional anti-wear performance for long compressor life.
-
Minimal oil carryover for improved separator life.
-
Corrosion inhibited, high stability formula.
-
Enhanced water separating properties.
-
Excellent compatibility with most downstream equipment.
AIRFORCE 2000 fluids will retain their performance characteristics throughout a 2000 hour design life, providing bulk oil temperature does not exceed 90°C and a maximum ambient temperature does not exceed 35°C. If either of these temperatures is exceeded, more frequent oil changes will be required.
Applications:
These highly stable advanced formula fluids are designed for use in continuous operation and stop / start industrial compressors, train brake compressors and vehicle mounted or portable road breaking compressors. Airforce 2000 ISO VG 150 is recommended for sliding vane compressors or for reciprocating compressors operating at higher ambient temperatures.
Air Force 4000 ISO VG 68
Specially formulated range of ashless compressor oils for the lubrication of both reciprocating and rotary air compressors.
This highly stable advanced formula is designed for use in continuous and stop / start industrial compressors, train brake compressors and vehicle mounted or portable road breaking compressors.
Airforce 4000 compressor fluids oils are not intended or recommended for use in air compressors for breathing apparatus.

Airforce EP22
A premium quality, low viscosity airline oil, specifically designed for the lubrication of air tools. It has a low pour point and special additives to protect against rust, corrosion and water washing. This grade also has excellent anti-wear and EP properties, providing component protection in the most demanding of systems. Airforce EP22 contains a vital antifogging agent to maintain a healthy working environment and an antifoamant to facilitate the rapid release of air from the oil. A special tackiness additive improves lubrication in more severe working conditions.
Features:
-
Excellent anti-wear and EP properties
-
Excellent Resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation
-
Superior mist-forming properties
-
Excellent demulsibility characteristics
-
Low Carbon and deposit forming tendency
-
Distinct colour for ease of identification
Applications:
Recommended for air tools of all types including road drills, jack hammers, air speed saws and torque wrenches. Also recommended for air motors and the lubrication of pneumatic rams and cylinders. Can also be used for general lubrication in industrial applications.
